All products shown on this web site and our advertising are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship to the extent of the manufacturers’ warranty.
No other warranties are implied.


In the event of any unforeseen conditions in producing this web site, or in printing our catalogue or circumstances beyond our control, we must advise that all prices are subject to change without notice. Installation and assembly are not included. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.

Return Policy:

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted at our warehouse. RA numbers expire after 14 days. Contact our customer support at 800.661.5313 for assistance or by email.

Non-defective items, if in original packaging and not previously disassembled, may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Special order items are not returnable. Customers are reminded that it is solely their responsibility to ensure product specifications meet their requirements. Returns must be freight prepaid to our warehouse or they will not be accepted. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. Babco, solely at its discretion, will generate a credit on account or issue a refund. All products being returned will be inspected and tested and must be in the manufacturer’s ORIGINAL PACKAGING and be 100% complete.

Refund Policy:

If a return is eligible for a refund, Babco will, at its discretion, process the credit on the original credit card or issue a cheque. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
